Facebook product feed missing variable products

    Hi!

    Thank you for the great plugin!
    I am having issues generating Facebook product feed lately. I can see in the status report, that the query found all my products, but after generating the XML, only the simple products are there, and the variable ones are missing.
    Also, I get the following error message in the log:

    2021-09-08T18:45:21+00:00 CRITICAL require_once(): Failed opening required ‘…../public_html/wp-content/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/includes/classes/class-woo-feed-products-v3.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in …../public_html/wp-content/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/includes/class-woo-feed.php on line 119

    Can you please help, how to solve the issue?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    1. Go to CTX Feed -> Settings page. If Variation Query Type as Individual, then change it to variable dependable.

    2. If this problem exists yet, let us share status. Please go to CTX Feed > Status, click on the Copy Status and send us the status here.

    Let us know further.

    In free version Variable product (parent) is not available. It always outputs all variation products of the parent product. Is this your case?
