Facebook Posts Not Loading

Our apologies. It’s so incredibly annoying how Facebook Meta operates these days. They have disabled our app because one of their team members said they could not log in to view our app on our development site to review it. However, I can clearly see from our logs that they did. What is most annoying about this is that they didn’t disable it because we had some coding issue or any very serious violation, but because they could not log in to conduct a review of our existing WordPress plugin.

We are waiting for their response and will keep you posted on the result.

@lauramartin Yes, for sure, that is the reason. Our apologies for this issue. Really, it’s a Facebook issue, but we apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully, we’ll be back up here today. I am waiting for a reply from the Meta team here.

Our apologies for this inconvenience. We are waiting for a response from Facebook about this sudden issue. We submitted a reply again?early this morning?regarding the problem and hope to have our app back up and running ASAP.

Thank you so much for everyone’s patience. The problem has been resolved, and the plugin is working correctly again. Let me know if you run into any issues.

We are working on a solution where you are notified by email if the feed goes down again or an access token is not working.

I also wanted to drop a note letting you know we are working on a TikTok feed and hope to have that complete in early January 2024.
