Facebook plugins don't count when click on "like" or "recommend"

    don’t know when it started but not log ago my Facebook plugin (all kind of them, tried many) stopped remember that I’ve clicked the “recommend” and it even don’t publish it on Facebook.
    If I take the ling to my post and publish it manually in my Facebook timeline the counter is grow by one.
    But clicking the “recommend” doesn’t do it. It shows for a minute like it is working but when refreshing the page it’s rolling back.
    Any help will be appreciated.
