Facebook Plugin not updating, and messed up release notes!

FYI: All other plugins work properly!

So the facebook plugin is not updating properly since 1.9.10, and even though I download version 1.9.14 it still shows 1.9.10 when I upload it again. I tried twice. It keeps saying “There is a new version of Facebook for WooCommerce available. View version 1.9.14 details or update now.” The file on WordPress plugins file repository is old, and when I download from plugins or from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/downloads/ and upload it manually, I get the same result

And when I click on release notes get gibberish HTML
