I’ve seen other questions about the same issue. They’re all closed out with no response from the reporter.

A required field is missing: id
A required field is missing: price
A required field is missing: availability

These fields have missing information: google_product_category

When looking at the list of items, they all have these three elements.

    Hi @dbranson,

The errors you have referenced basically show missing microdata through Facebook pixel, the products should still get synced via the Batch API method (that the Facebook for WooCommerce extension uses) and the catalog should work with Instagram as well.

I suspect there might be something else going on the site preventing the sync from working as expected. Can you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

@wpnomad Facebook has the items and has created an FB shop, but no IG shop. I now think that the issue is actually in something with the FB account setup. In that case, do you think it still makes sense to create a support ticket with you folks, or would it be better to seek support at FB?

    Hi @dbranson

    Thanks for your reply!

As we don’t see any massive report of similar issue, we’re still interested to look further into your case to see what might have caused synchronization not working properly.

So feel free to create a ticket as suggested previously.

I entered a nice long description to create a ticket. The result was:

“Something went wrong and we couldn’t submit your ticket! Please try again.”

And it threw away everything I had entered.

    Hey @dbranson !

Sorry to hear about the issue you experienced trying to send in a support request.

Can you please try sending the support request again, but copy/pasting the request in a note to ensure that if the issue happens again, you don’t lose what you type in!

Please let us know if you experience any issues with submitting the ticket. It would be best if you try another browser as well.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
