Facebook Plugin Fatal Error

Help! My server is a volunteer server in another state that is not easily contacted. This is what is happing. Unstalled the “New” Facebook Like Plugin. Activated. Then:

No matter what I do, I cannot get in to de-activate. Ideas pretty please? Here is the link to look:
