facebook plug not showing content back in FB

I used this plug to be able to embed video into my post: Insert Code header and footer

I can not get Facebook and other contact info from my site. When I post my finished post into FB, I don’t get an image or picture of the video that is on the post. FB used to allow this. Is there something I have to turn on in FB to allow pics/video from posts?

I have tried the “refresh share attachment” while in FB, but it is not working.
