    Hi,
I need to track page views event on my product pages and I have inserted the Facebook Pixel Tracking Code using “Track Conversion in your E-comemerce” feature. Anyway I cannot see the pixel working using the Facebook Pixel Helper extension for Chrome.

Is anything I’m doing wrong? How can I track page views event on product pages?

    Thank you,
    Andrea.

I’ve solved pasting the code in specific pages (products) with the “Standard code Tracking in WordPress” feature, but I can’t see the pixel working in the /shop page even though I’ve pasted it with “Standard code Tracking in WordPress” in thath page.

    How can I solve?

    Thank you;
    Andrea.

    Hi Andrea,
    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.
Which kind of Facebook Pixel are you trying to use?
If you are using a Facebook Custom Audience Pixel is better to include in whole the website.
If you feel more comfortable you can also open a ticket here https://intellywp.com/report-a-bug/ so you can give us also more details about.
    Let us know, Alex.

    Thank you for your reply.

Facebook has recently changed its pixel and now has only one pixel both for Custom Audience and Conversion.
In my case I’m using the Facebook Pixel to track PageView event in https://www.filotrack.com/shop/ but I cannot see the pixel working (if you have FB Pixel Helper on your browser you will se no Pixel in that page).

How can I insert it with your plug-in?

    Thank you,
    Andrea.

    Hi Andrea,
The best configuration to track “PageView” event is to load in whole the website (any pages).
The “/shop” page is a dynamic WP woo page that is not possible to configure.
If you like the idea we can configure the FB Pixel for you, we only need a valid WP credentials that you can fill here https://intellywp.com/report-a-bug/
    Let us know, Alex.
