Hi there, I embedded my FB pixel directly via the Script Center but FB keeps giving me the error message: “We haven’t received any events for the pixel. Please check that the pixel code on your website is set up correctly. Learn More.” I noticed that the second part of the FB pixel (the no script image) part gets deleted from the script center automatically. I had embedded that part manually into the header of my site but either way the pixel will not be recognised by the FB Business Manager. What is the correct way to embed FB pixel via Complianz? Many thanks in advance.

    Hi @tomkelly33,

The <noscript> part is not important, only if users have javascript disabled. Which is highly unlikely.

If I use the Facebook Pixel Helper extension for my browser, I see the pixel is installed correctly.

Maybe try verifying the pixel, with Safe Mode enabled. Under Complianz -> Settings.

Let me know if this works,

    regards Aert

Hi Aert, I tried again and tested in safe mode but still get the error message in Pixel helper:
    WARNINGS
We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.Learn more

    Hi @tomkelly33,

The Facebook Pixel Helper is showing a correct installation: https://snipboard.io/lAxGuP.jpg

Do you have events in the code that might only trigger for dynamic events? Do you see any activity on this pixel after implementing it?

    regards Aert

Yes, it’s working now. My adblocker was blocking the pixel helper plugin but now it also shows it working correctly. Thanks a lot for the quick help!

Hi again, just tried to run my first ad campaign but the Business
Manager gives me the error message: “Your Facebook Pixel Is Not Active
It looks like you need to reactivate your Facebook pixel. Check your pixel settings in Events Manager to make sure you’ve set it up correctly.”
Can you help me find out why the pixel is not working?

Hi @tomkelly33 Does the Pixel helper still state that the implementation is correct?

    Kind regards,

It says there is a pixel installed and lists its ID correctly but as before it has no page views:

Just to test I deactivated Complianz and embedded my FB pixel via their partner integration (WP plugin). With this setup the communication between the pixel and FB business manager seems to work fine and all test events get tracked in the dashboard.
So maybe my FB pixel setup in Complianz was not correct?
