    Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook Pixel integration in WordPress, specifically with the Purchase event. Despite following the usual steps to set up the pixel and verify it, the Purchase event is not being sent or tracked as expected.

    Here’s a detailed breakdown of the steps we’ve taken so far:

    1. Plugin Installation and Setup:?We installed and set up the official Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. All settings were configured correctly according to Facebook’s guidelines.
    2. Pixel Verification:?We verified that the Facebook Pixel was installed correctly on the website. Other events, such as Page View and Add to Cart, are being tracked properly.
    3. Testing Events:?We have used the Facebook Pixel Helper and Meta’s Event Testing tool to confirm the tracking. These tools show that the Purchase event is not being triggered, while other events are working without issues.
    4. Debugging Attempts:?We have checked WooCommerce settings, confirmed plugin configurations, and even deactivated/reactivated the plugin. None of these steps resolved the issue.
    5. Final Observations:?The plugin does not seem to be sending the Purchase event at all. It’s missing entirely from the events tracked on Facebook.

    Would anyone have any insights into why the Purchase event might not be triggering? Are there any additional steps we can take to ensure this event is being sent from WooCommerce to Facebook?

    • Does the Purchase event fail to fire for all payment methods? Does it fail for both Stripe and Paypal?
    • Do you have any plugins installed which modify the checkout experience in any way?

    Hi @evocamusica, can I bother you to do a test purchase on your site with all of the plugins which you have listed deactivated? If the event fires with the plugins deactivated, then you can troubleshoot and turn them on one by one to find which one causes a conflict.

    I have disabled all the mentioned plugins and made a purchase, but the “purchase” event is still not being sent from the server. I don’t know what else to do. Thank you.

    I’ve been having the same problem, but haven’t been able to find a solution that works for me so far, have you?
    One thing you can try if not:
    Marketing -> Facebook -> Connections -> Manage Connections (Link to Meta) ->Activate more options -> Complete the setup

    Thanks arcOs. I hadn’t really accessed that part of the menu and I have seen some options that seemed to be the solution… but unfortunately it remains the same. I have tried everything and there is no way to get it, I don’t know what to do anymore… I really appreciate the help too, I hope you get it

    I found a solution of sorts today. After installing the Pixel Helper Google Chrome plugin, I noticed that my Pixel was active and tracking correctly on the main page, landing page, and product page, but not on the shopping cart page. In my case, the plugin I was using for the shopping cart/checkout process (Funnel Kit) was not properly configured for the Meta Pixel.

    Since your issue is so similar to mine, I recommend checking if your shopping cart pages have been modified in any way and if you can add and test events on them and the pixel is working on them. Look for changes caused by plugins, snippets, themes, or anything else that alters the basic shopping cart/checkout page or process. I hope you’ll be able to fix your problem soon.

    Well, just last night I also managed to solve it! I found a solution that seems to be similar to yours, modifying the “normal” purchasing process in WooCommerce. The problem in my case was a code snippet I added to redirect to a “thank you for your purchase” page other than the one Woocommerce offers. The problem is that people were being sent to this page before the purchase could be registered and sent by woocommerce to meta. Looks like we’ve done it my friend!
