Facebook pixel no longer working since 4.6.0

Thanks first of all for your great plugin. However, From version 4.6.0 and newer, the plugin seems to have a bug which I would like to report here.

I have a facebook pixel installed on my site. Using Complianz up to version 4.5.2 works fine. Once the user accepts the cookies, the pixel fires for all subsequent actions.

With Complianz 4.6.0 and newer, the pixel behavior is broken. The behavior now is as follows:

* After the user accepts the cookies, the pixel fires.
* Once the user navigates to a second site, the pixel however no longer tracks the user.
* Once the user accepts all cookies again, the pixel again fires exactly once and then goes silent until the user again accepts all cookies.

With version 4.5.2 and older, the pixel correctly targeted the user for subsequent actions after accepting all cookies.

I embed the facebook pixel code through the Complianz script center and also block all calls to facebook.com in the Complianz script center.
