    Dear Devs,

    I have a problem with this plugin on all of my sites(around 6-7 site).

    I am using Woodmart theme.

    The problems are the following:
    -Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewCategory Event
    -Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for ViewContent Event
    -Same event id in ViewCategory events.
    -The plugin does not count the “Add to cart” button as “add to cart event” on the product page. I have added it manually with Facebook’s event manager, but now it counts some of the add to carts doubled, because the plugin count the widget product add to cart events.

    Hope my problem is understandable.

    Please help me how to solve this issue.

    Thanks for reaching out to us on this! There is currently an issue with match key parameters that we’ve reported to the Facebook for WooCommerce developers. You can learn more about this issue here: https://github.com/facebookincubator/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/1777

    The current recommended steps for troubleshooting this issue are:

    1) Check that your pixel is connected. This Chrome extension created by Facebook will verify that your Facebook pixel is working properly.
    2) Make sure there aren’t any browser extensions – such as ad blockers – blocking Facebook user agent and IP addresses
    3) Enable debug logging for the Facebook plugin on your site, and see if you are getting any obvious errors
    4) Regularly clear your site cache

    If you don’t see any difference after following those steps, I recommend following the GitHub bug report above for any updates and further details on this issue!
