• I’ve configured Pixel Caffeine with the “Facebook Connect” feature and it shows green. But when I visit the site, Pixel Helper shows “The Facebook pixel code on this page didn’t load, so no information was sent to Facebook.”

    Any suggestions?

  • The same on my site. I deleted the cookies (chrome) and it solved the problem. But few hours later the Pixel Helper shows “The Facebook pixel code on this page didn’t load, so no information was sent to Facebook.” again.
    Maybe some bug in wordpress?

    Hi,

you are right, the pixel stops to be working, but I don’t know why. I’m checking and I’m on it and I’ll let you know as soon as possible. It seems due to some change from facebook API, but I’m find out what change is.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the patience.

    Hi,

I discovered most probably the issue is caused by Pixel Helper itself.

I had the same problem, but I also saw in the insights that the pixel was fired properly and now it doesn’t show the error anymore.

Could you please confirm me that the insight charts of dashboard (or see from business manager) is registering properly the pixel fired?

I have 40 clicks on my ad and only 17 pixel fires (overall for this domain), so I don’t think it’s working.

I’ve asked several friends to show me what their Pixel Helper says. For some it works, for others it doesn’t. It’s pretty much 50/50

I definitely think that the cause is of Pixel Helper Chrome Extension and I hope is fixed now. I also have Pixel Caffeine in one of my websites and it doesn’t work too when you post this topic, but now it works without do nothing in the plugin.

Let me know if you have the issue in these days yet.

    It’s still not working, saying

    Pageview
The Facebook pixel code on this page didn’t load, so no information was sent to Facebook.

I am using Profitbuilder, is it compatible?

I noticed it’s an issue with people who haven’t emptied their cache and deleted their cookies for a while.

    Thanks @romanmayer1303 for the info.

@stef1337 I don’t know that tool, I assume it’s compatible because we use the standard way Facebook say to do in order to implement the Facebook Pixel. Have you tried the @romanmayer1303’s solution?
