Facebook Pixel code

  • I have the Engrave paid theme and need to embed the code generated by Facebook for the Facebook pixel. It needs to go between the head codes on each page. I asked the support crew from ThinkUp Themes if they had a theme customisation setting where this would go (such as they provide for Google Analytics) and if there were no area, what file in file manager was used by the theme to store this type of generic code. They told me know nothing about what to do with the FB pixel code and suggested I speak to Facebook.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m gathering it’s one of the .php files?

    Hi,

    You can add the Facebook code in the head section of your theme.Open header.php file from your theme directory and paste the code before “</head>” tag.

    sorry, where and how could i find the header.php file?
    Is it in the main root?
    Do i have to put the Code directly before the closing tag “</head>” ?
