Facebook photos embed problem

  • I can’t click the images when I insert a post with photos or any album from my facebook page, I can only click the image when it’s a single one.

    I have tried instagram ads and other social networks and everything works fine, apparently it is only a problem with facebook.

    Another thing I noticed is that I cannot see the preview of the facebook content from the WordPress editor, with Instagram its I can see the content from the editor.

    I have a clean installation of WordPress with version 5.5

  • I don’t know what’s wrong with it, but you might want to consider changing how you do things, since Facebook embeds will be removed from WP soon. Facebook is changing their requirements in October, so that you need an API key to embed FB stuff, so at that time you will need a plugin.
