    It is indeed related to the Facebook Page you’re using. The Contact Us option will be added if you’ve enabled that option in your Facebook Page settings, by creating a Contact button. That button is also displayed on the Facebook Page itself:

    Thanks very much Jeremy, I needed to configure our Contact Us button and it made me realise I had it misconfigured on our facebook page!
