Even though I have ticked the “Enable the Facebook Open Graph metatag” in Settings > Header and Footer, nothing I add in the subsequent fields shows up on my website, ie. I set up type and added an image, but none of it can be seen in the header (code). I also passed it through facebook’s OG scraper and no luck. Is there maybe a secret tick somewhere that I missed? Would the plugin break if the home page was 301 redirected to a subfolder / page on the site?

Hi, the meta tag are added, I use this feature on few plugin. Maybe you want use a specific plugin if you want the full og tags managed, the og tags added by HF are a little subset.

Sorry, it didn’t work for me, not just a subset, the og tags simply did not appear. Do you know of any plugin clashes?

Uhm, but if you add something to the head section (using HF) still nothing display in the page source? Have you checked the page source?

ok, I tried it this time and there was no issue, it might have been a plugin clash.

I know, but it wasn’t that. I tested this some time ago, and don’t have those settings anymore, so let’s just drop this. Thanks anyway for your help.
