Facebook not syncing when I update a price in woocommerce

    Since changing some of the prices in woocommerce it appears that the new prices are not being synced to my facebook shop. Also, I have changed a couple of the product names slightly in woocommerce, but the old names are still showing on facebook. Any idea what is going wrong?

    I see that you’re having an issue with updated prices and names not syncing to Facebook.

    We’ll need some more information to get a better idea of how your site is set up.

    Firstly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Next, can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there are any critical errors or logs that relate to the Facebook plugin? There is a dropdown on the right side of the page where you can view different logs.
