Facebook not sharing featured image

Really weird, when I click the share to Facebook icon, it’s doing one of two things, neither of which that I want:
(a) shows correct featured image in preview, but posts wrong image.
(b) won’t pull up featured image (or any image altogether.
Also, in some cases Facebook is now asking for a capcha code before posting. Is that standard now?
No matter how I try, it won’t show the correct featured image of this post:
