    Hello,
    I have enabled Open Graph tags, but I get these warnings from Facebook Debugger:
    Inferred Property: The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
    Missing Properties: The following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id

    The Open Graph tags (from the yoast plugin) has worked well for years but now all images are not showing up in Facebook. I did not change the facebook settings from yoast.
    Thanks for help
    Katrin

    Please, make sure that you defined custom open graph meta using the Yoast SEO meta box. Please, refer to our this guide which shows exactly how to go about doing this.

    Hello,

    everything is set correctly. I’m sure because the open graph has previously worked well before.

    Thanks

    We looked at your provided site and we can confirm the Yoast SEO is generating the og:image meta correctly as expected.

    <meta property="og:locale" content="de_DE" />
    <meta property="og:type" content="website" />
    <meta property="og:title" content="Knie OP & Reha | Patienten aufgepasst! | Knie Marathon" />
    <meta property="og:description" content="Probleme mit dem Kniegelenk oder nach Knie OP – Welche m?chtest du überwinden? ★ Kreuzbandriss Reha, Meniskusriss, Arthrose, Knorpel, Knieschmerzen ★" />
    <meta property="og:url" content="https://www.knie-marathon.de/" />
    <meta property="og:site_name" content="Knie Marathon" />
    <meta property="fb:app_id" content="132282844018815" />
    <meta property="og:image" content="https://www.knie-marathon.de/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Katrin-Glunk.jpg" />

    However, when testing the site using the Facebook object debugger, we see the following error:

    SSL Error: Can't validate SSL Certificate. Either it is self-signed (which will cause browser warnings) or it is invalid.

    As you can see, this is an issue specific to the SSL that you’re currently using on your site, not specific to the Yoast SEO plugin. This error occurs due to the SSL that you’ve installed on your server. You need to import the root certificate into the trust store. If you’re not familiar with this, we suggest you please speak to your web hosting provider for assistance. They’d be the best place to assist you.

    I’m having the exact same problem. All settings are done as instructed and Facebook won’t load anything. I turned off Yoast SEO and they share perfectly. ?

    @yourwebchick Can you confirm you have enabled Open Graph tags as suggested in this article?
    We are unable to see OG tags in your site’s code.
    Can you also confirm you are on the latest Yoast SEO version 5.7.1? This guide explains how to update your plugin: How can I update my free plugin?
