Facebook not allowing me to submit

Facebook for WordPress was giving me an error yesterday about not having permissions to post etc etc but it looks like that issue has been posted here and cleared up with the 1.2.3 update.
Now when I try to post to Facebook from the post page, it’s giving me an error that my Publish action didn’t have “Explicit Sharing” optional capability checked.
I’ve tried submitting that action for approval with explicit sharing, user messages, and tags support checked as it says here However, Facebook keep rejecting it saying that they didn’t meet specified criteria and asking me to resubmit and pointing me to the link above that…says to check all three boxes.
Anybody else had this problem on Facebook’s end and how did you conform and/or get around?
