Facebook Messenger on Mobile

    Hi,

    I’m wondering if there is a way to disable the Facebook Messenger on mobile? We just received a concern that the bubble covers some of the required fields for the checkout.

    I saw I could disable it by page, which could work, but I think I’d rather disable it based on mobile device if possible.

    thoughts?

    Thanks so much for reaching out to us. Happy to help you with this!

    Our plugin currently doesn’t control when and where the Facebook Messenger chat will appear. It only injects the needed code in your site. That means that any further changes are controlled through Facebook directly or can be achieved through the use of CSS code.
