Facebook messenger chat is working but won’t stay minimize on website pages

Hello,

This has been an issue for some time now where the the chatbox appears even though no one has clicked on the chat button and keeps appearing on my selected pages.
Site visitors are complaining that the page is not good to view due to the big chat window which is even worse on mobile devices.

I am using the code in an Elementor HTML widget.

Is there a solution for this problem?
