Facebook Members showing duplicate "face" thumbnails from the same fans…

My Facebook Members widgit always seems to show at least one duplicate “face” thumbnails from the same fan. I have 40+ fans right now, and usually 2 thumbnails will be of the same person. Is this a bug that the thumbnails of the same profile is chosen to be displayed multiple times? Anyway to prevent this?
