    Hello,

Please help. I am testing this on the staging site of the link, and find 2 issues:

    – Facebook icon appear on the admin login but when clicked just opens an “about:blank” pop up
    – Socializaer buttons apear on top and in the left of the frontpage registration/login page, but none of them seem to work for registration or login.

How do we finish setting this up?

P.S. We have all steps completed as adviced here: https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-facebook-app-id/

Also, how to avoid both Standard and floating interfaces appearing at the same page?

I need url of login page to check what’s wrong.

You can control where you want to show or not show the share icons using the Placement option in “Standard Interface” and “Floating Interface” sections at social share options page in admin area.

I can see Facebook login icon at webpage https://www.staging2.nationalallergyperu.com/wp-login.php
Not sure what’s causing it. Can you try keeping only this plugin active just to check if this makes any difference and if some other plugin is causing conflict?
If you still face issue, drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com. FYI, you need a valid SSL certificate installed at your website for Facebook Login to work.

    Hello,

Is the FB login only for the wordpress site admin? I thought it was for customers to register and login. Isn′t it?
Deactivating all plugings fixes the “about:blank” pop up problem.

    Best regards.

I just noticed I actually got registered on the site with the plugin, but it happened on the wp-login.php page, and only filing two basic fields, instead of a full registration happening on the website registration/login page
Is it possible to make it happen from that page???

Anyone (customers and admin) can use social login to create account at your website.

Great. It means one of the plugins you are using at your website is causing this problem. You would like to try activating these plugins one-by-one to detect the one causing conflict.

I can see the social login icons at the login/registration form. Which profile fields are not being populated by social login? Let me know if I missed something.

    Hi,

The login takes you to the wp-login page (a blank page with only the wp Ivón as 2 fields) instead of staying at the website registration page. Can we set this to happen only at the website? Also, it takes only the name and email, while having the address and telephone number would be great, as this is an e-commerce website. Is this possible? Or at least to take the customer to complete that info?

    Thank you

If you drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com, would be able to help you with it.
If you tell me which plugin was causing the problem, we would be able to reproduce this in our test environment and debug the issue.
