Facebook Login needs refresh for modal

  • Hello, I have managed to exclude the cookies explained for varnish and was able to get the Facebook social login to work, at least on the my-account page. I am still having trouble with the modal login that my site provides, when I try it the Facebook login goes through however I have to manually refresh the page after I login for it to work, specifically with this modal login. Could support please test this modal login and see if there is a solution for it?

    Hi there,

    It seems because of cache plugin/mechanism you are using at your website. You would like to try disabling it just to check if that makes any difference.

    Yes I have already tried disabling my cache plugins, as well as varnish, and excluded the specific cookie outlined in the FAQ.

    If you still face the issue try keeping only this plugin active just to check if any other plugin is causing conflict. If you still face the issue, drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com
