    Hi,

I receive the following error when selecting the Facebook icon to test logon:

Given URL is not permitted by the application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.

I did contact OneAll support a week ago but have received no response. What do I need to correct here? I have followed the video twice for this.

    Thanks,
    Paul.

    Hi,

Is there any support for this plugin from either the author, or the vendor it links to?

    Paul.

I was getting this very same issue and it took me a moment to realize what I did wrong. I was using just https://yoursitename.tld

In the app setting you need the site url to be https://yoursitename.api.oneall.com

The same goes for the app domain.

Remember that you must use the https:// function in front of the url.

The easiest way to find out what your url would be is to go back to the setup instructions for that connection and copy/paste that url into the needed fields.

I think the OneAll site needs to update the directions as Facebook has changed the order and placement on how this is setup.

    Hello,
Even i have been experiencing the same error.

@evilcrusher – Your advice is not working in my favour.I have inserted the https://yoursitename.api.oneall.com for “App Domains” text box, still receiving that Red error symbol stating – This must be derived from Canvas URL, Secure Canvas URL, Site URL, Mobile Site URL, Page Tab URL or Secure Page Tab URL

    Any help would be appreciated

I would request the author to please change the setup guide for FaceBook

Hello, just so other people will know. Harsh’s solution helped me out big time! Cheers!

    I Got This Error

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.

    And I didn’t Find Settings->Basic -> App Domains :'(

    Please help me

The error Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration is always a configuration error in your Facebook app. In this case you should make sure that you have followed all the steps from the Facebook setup guide in your OneAll account.

You can also drop us an email here and we will help you fix the issue.
