facebook login doesn’t work

I have the same problem mentioned above. Both WordPress and the 10Web Social Photo Feed plugin is up to date. Browser cache is cleared. Instagram login works fine, so do posting feeds from an Instagram page on the website. Facebook login on the settings page however does not work and therefore hashtag feeds are not possible. The following message is shown when trying to add a hashtag feed in the edit area:

“To display hashtag media , get Facebook API token from settings page.”

It does not matter how many times I try to hit “log in with Facebook”, I never manage to get the Facebook API token required to display hashtag media.

I installed the demo version, and after saving the new hashtag feed it doesn’t save the hashtag and instead says “Please check your feed, the data was entered incorrectly.”
