Facebook login button on the home page in a custom form

    Hello, how can I add the Facebook login button on the home page in a custom form?
    I used the LH Login Page plugin, which did it automatically, but it looks like the plugin will no longer be supported and I am looking for another solution, and I really like your plugin.
