Facebook link showing in source as Author

Hi Support,
In Social setings when I enter in the facebook page url ie a business page url it shows up in the source code front end as the “article publisher” is that correct?
<meta property=”article:publisher” content=”https://www.facebook.com/&#8230;
Is this best suited for a facebook personal profile only or should the srticle publisher be the blogs author?
