I tested your pages with Facebook’s debugging tool here:

It shows that your pages don’t have an Open Graph image specified, which is why the inconsistency in Facebook’s image selection. If you are already using an SEO plugin, it may have a setting for this, or if not, you can add one of the many plugins available here to remedy this:
