facebook likes showing total count

Hello, Please check the like count in this page: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/ and reply back if the error pesists.

Please give the site URL if possible. I’ll check it out.

here is the website bloomingwellness2.com/blog/. If you like any post, it will increase total number of likes and then display it. by default it is 0.

For some reason facebook like/share count and google like count are showing wrong counts. Here is my web site https://www.creativenatureart.com. While, the count from facebook URL https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/ seems to be right, however plugin is showing the wrong count (same with google plus as well). I tired setting app ID for facebook as well, but no luck.

How does WP socializer plugin gets the facebook, google plus specific profile information etc.? from yoast plugin settings?
