Facebook Like Button Issues :(

Hi All, this is my first post here but I have been using wordpress on my site since last July. my site is https://www.thinktaiwan.com I just started having issues today with my facebook like button on individual posts (not the one in the widget sidebar, that is working fine)

First this morning I was having an error issue concerning my site being invalid or some such thing. I uninstalled the plug in and reinstalled a facebook like plug in. However, it shows that my new post I just created today has 123 likes! That is so off the mark and I noticed when liking my individual new post I created it says I just liked “ThinkTaiwan” which is my homepage not the individual post I just created

All previous posts I have created work fine! I unliked them and liked them again and they all say correctly that i just liked that indivudual post’s title not my homepage So the question is why are my newly created posts not being able to be ‘Liked” when clicking the button on that post? Instead it’s saying I liked my homepage url hope this makes sense. Thanks!
