Facebook Like Box (Jetpack) Whiting Out

Could you point me to a page where you’ve tried to insert the Facebook Like Box, so I can have a closer look?

Could you also let me know the Facebook Page URL you entered in the widget settings?

Hi I have had to remove the Facebook Like Box from the site for the moment as it was for a clients website and they weren’t happy at the white space on their homepage… If you want to check it out I can add it to the hsomepage sidebar for a little while!

Could you check your Facebook Page settings, and make sure it doesn’t include age or country restrictions that would exclude you from viewing the Page?

If that doesn’t help, could you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?

Have tried that and didn’t work… For some reason I can view it on Firefox but not on chrome or Safari!
I don’t have access to the administration settings on the facebook page as it is a clients and not mine

It seems that the Like box disappears whenever you log out of Facebook, which could mean that the Page administrators have chosen to restrict access to the Page.

When you’re not logged in to Facebook, Facebook cannot know if you’re old enough to view the Page, or if you live in the correct country, so they choose not to show the Like Box at all.

Could you ask your client to check their Page settings and remove the restriction?
