facebook like and share

hello,
I downloaded a plugin named “Facebook Like, Google +1, ReTweet, LinkedIn and Pin It”
i have two problems:
1) When i active “like” and “share” buttons, if someone likes the page automatically share button is increased by 1. so lets say we have 150 likes, we will also have 150 likes.
2) the site is based on youtube videos. when i want to share the page i want to be able to detect a thumbnail of the embed youtube link.
