I have a problem with Firefox.

Suddenly, I cannot see any ad at my own page, when using Firefox.

Chrome and Explorer are okay, but sometime ads disappear as well.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Robert,

    thanks for reaching out.

If this happens only in one browser then the most likely cause is an ad blocker add-on or something like Ghostery.

If it happens in other browsers, too, then it could be a script conflict.

I just opened your site in Firefox and Chrome and can see the ad at the top and the sticky ones left and right in both browsers, so it is likely an ad blocker.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

I have no ad blocker, and Explorer and Chrome also have problems from time to time. Right now, there are no ads in Explorer.

It might be a script conflict. I just updated six plugin, but I have forgotten the names.

    Hi Robert,

I now saw this with Chrome and the header ad in the top center. Looking at the code it seems that this is using the “head” placement in Advanced Ads. You should see a warning about this in the “Ad Health” section in the toolbar at the frontend.

The “head” placement is not meant for visible code. Your browser might ignore it due to that or AdSense might stop showing ads due to that.

Please check out https://wpadvancedads.com/place-ads-in-website-header/ for more information on this problem and possible solutions.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

I have noticed the warning about head-placement. Now, I have removed it (I am Pro-user). However, there are no ads or anything else from Advance Ads, when using Firefox, and that started yesterday. Something happens at the screeen, when opening a page, but it is too fast to see, what it is. Really strange.

    Hi Robert,

I can still see ads in Firefox.

Since you are a Pro user and I see mostly Pro placements I would like to continue through direct email support since the forum here is for the free version only.

We can also exchange more individual information there.

    Thanks,
    Thomas
