Facebook is not connecting with woocoomerce

i was delete the plugin from the menu
and when i try to do the configuration, i got only the blue button get started

You mentioned you deleted the plugin, correct?

But can you please confirm if you went through the steps listed in the guide my colleague shared before trying to connect?

Are you sure you are connected to the correct account? Trying to connect from a incognito window can help make sure you have fresh logins everywhere to ensure you are on all the correct ones.

yes i do the steps listed on the guide but only Uninstall Plugin from my store, because i don’t access To remove the app from Facebook
i tried to do the same steps from a incognito window, but nothing special

To confirm, do you have access to the Facebook Business?

If you do, I recommend you to navigate to the Facebook Business Settings – Pages area, select the Page in question, go to the People tab, and ensure your name is listed there with the Manage Page toggle enabled.

When connecting your site to Facebook via Facebook for WooCommerce, the profile used to log in has to be the owner of the assets, not just admins. We’ve seen errors similar to the one you are getting displayed when the merchants don’t own the page or catalog or pixel, as it’s actually owned by someone else/another business.

2 days ago i contacted Facebook via their communication channel ,after 2 and half hour talking their representative the advice me to deleted my commerce account ands its associated catalog. Now I am fully unable to create a shop new commerce account and no product in my catalog now.whats the solution
