Hello there,

I know there are several topics around this issue, but none of the solutions there solved my issue.

I installed the Cron plugin and monitored all crons. No errors or stuck crons.

The issue is not consistent. When feed is being refreshed, one time has just 12 duplicates from 5600 records, and other times there are 23% or more duplicate.

I disabled the plugin, deleted the plugin, created everything from scratch and the issue still remains. This is really frustrating because it’s lowering my Instagram catalog quality and traffic dropped from 100-200 to 5-10. I immediately notice traffic increase when the feed has low number of issues, but since the problem occurs again I am a bit lost.

Can you please assist me? Let’s keep the conversation here in order to help others.

Hi anstoyanov,

We have only been able to, once, reproduce this issue and it was caused by WP-cron batch events being executed multiple times causing the duplicates to show in the feed.

Indeed, some other users experienced similar issue. Lowering the plugin batch size from the default of 750 products to a lower number solved it for them most of the times as that puts less stress on the server with a smaller change of batches running into server resource limitations.

I did reduced the batch to 200. Still getting randomly duplicate products.

Did you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there is anything relevant in there? You should mainly be looking at maximum execution time errors or maximum CPU usage errors.

I don’t see any errors for the days where I manually refreshed the feeds…
I see some similar errors, but the last one was a month ago.
