Hi, my site is tribaljewelryonline.com. You’ll see the feed at the bottom right of the page with these issues:

    1. The Facebook ID doubles up and overlaps. I’ve tried to fix this but have been unsuccessful.

    2. There is a random white line next to “View On Facebook” that I can’t get rid of/clean up.

    3. I’d love to know the dimensions of your NBA screenshot example to have the same size/dimensions for my feed please.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hey bmazer,

    1. I’m not seeing the issue. This is what I see when viewing your site (screenshot). If the avatar image isn’t showing then try the suggestions in this FAQ.

    2. I’m not seeing the white line (see my screenshot above). Could you take a screenshot to show the issue?

    3. The size of that feed is 320 x 800.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi John, It looks great in Chrome, but in Firefox, this is how it looks:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B86fYLFEtuE_b3V0WnQ5Vkc3N1E/view?usp=sharing

There is no overlap anymore because I moved the author post date to a position below the post, but I can’t get rid of the white line in the header, nor the double “tribaljewelryonline.com” titles, and it does not show the logo.

    How do I correct these?

It looks like something in your Firefox browser is blocking the avatar image from loading. Do you have any browser add-ons installed or are you in Private Browsing mode with Tracking Protection enabled? If so, then that’s likely the issue as it’s displaying correctly when I view it in Firefox on my end.

Try disabling all of your add-ons in that browser and making sure tracking protection is off to see whether it fixes the issue.

Thank you! I see it only happens in the Firefox Private browser mode. Does this mean that it will appear this way for others who use the private browser mode in Firefox or is there a fix for this?

    Thanks so much!

It should only happen if you have “Tracking Protection” enabled in Private Browsing mode. If you’re just using the regular Private Browsing mode then it shouldn’t occur. There’s no way around this unfortunately as the Tracking Protection setting blocks the Facebook images from loading.
