Facebook for WordPress 403 Error

I would appreciate any help that is provided.

I have set up the Facebook for WordPress plugin, registered an Application with Facebook Developers and set up/had a Post Action approved by facebook. Now, when I publish a story it automatically posts to my timeline which is what I want. However, if I am not logged into my wordpress Admin panel for my website, I get a 403 permissions denied error. While logged in though, clicking the link on my timeline will take me to the blog posting.

How can I make it so anyone that clicks my link goes right to the post without the 403 error? As of right now, anyone other than myself (while logged in) will get the 403 page.
