Facebook for WooCommerce woes!

    Hi
    I am having so many issues with this plugin I am beyond frustrated. It basically fails on all the main aspects of the process. I have listed the key issues here:

    1) Some products jump from Available to Processing even though uploaded months ago.
    2) Products seem to Process for a very long time
    3) Products only have one of the 5 variants listed but you can go to checkout.
    4) If I have 5 variants in a product sometimes 1 image is missing, sometime all are missing.
    5) One product has created several listings in the FB shop from all the variants of one product.
    6) Some products have the drop-down bar for the variants but no selectable elements exist.
    7) There is no option to sync individual items and when I add a new product some of the above issues reoccur.

    I agree. This plugin is the worst. It should be pulled from the repo. It has so many glitchrs.

    A friend of mine at Facebook said they’ve been telling people not to use that plugin and to manually upload their products.

    The plugin created duplicates of some of our products at lower and higher costs. Some products have been under review for a year. LOL ??

    It also uses the FB pixel which I already had installed they GTM so it was duplicating that. They offer no settings to turn that off.

    My advice. Manually upload a spreadsheet of your products to Facebook.
