    Hi there,

    We’re using your plugin, and for a couple of weeks now it always shows
    Facebook for WooCommerce – version 3.3.1 is untested with WooCommerce 9.5.2.” on all pages in admin.

    I would include a screencap but I don’t think I can here.

    This alert will come back when you click it away. It’s more than annoying.

    How to fix it?

    Unfortunately, there is no way of disabling the warning, but there is a new release coming soon that will address the WooCommerce compatibility.

    having same issue on my website. have updated woocommerce to latest vesrion 9.6.0 but products does not load on website. and writes same ”?Facebook for WooCommerce?– version 3.3.1 is untested with WooCommerce 9.6.0.”

    it only works on 9.4.3 woccommerce version. not on any other new versions of woocommerece.

    what should we do?

    today is an update of “facebook for woocommerce 3.3.2” have updated it, also updated woocommerce to 9.6.0, fixed outdated templates too, but also same cannot enter products. (so have to backup my website to 9.4.3 woocommereve version)

    Hello @shota111,

    Can you please explain what you mean by “cannot enter products.”? Are you not able to sync them to the Facebook catalog?

    Can you try reconnecting the plugin to see if this helps?

    iodic(@iodic) products does not load. you can enter on website, but when trying to enter in products details it does not load

    as is said in previouse comments, about re-connect, why? it works when i have 9.4.3 version woocommerce, but does not work on any other NEW versions of woocommerce. that way it must not work in all versions of woocommerce.

    The plugin causing a redirect loop is unusual and we would like to see the following information which could help us find the problem:

    • Can you send us your site’s system status report?
    • If you have the WordPredd debug log enabled, does it show any entries when you experience product load issues?
    • Under the logs section in WooCommerce, do you see any errors?

    To answer your question about reconnecting the plugin: that process is like a reset for the setup and can fix certain issues if some settings were not saved correctly.

    i can send system status report for both 9.4.3 and 9.6.0 but other two what you asked i dont know where and how check. can you explain?

    The WordPress debug log would be in the wp-content directory of your site and it is called debug.log.

    i have check and in fatal errors there is “Critical Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 117659756 bytes)” this message.
