    Can you provide more specifics on this – where are you seeing that these scripts are slowing your site down? Any specific steps you can give do us to see the issue would be helpful!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I see you do have quite a bit going on with the site. Can you perform a test with just WooCommerce and Facebook For WooCommerce active and all other plugins deactivated?

    Also, can you install Query Monitor and check to see if any queries are flagged as slow? If so, I’d recommend contacting your host directly with details of that query. They can then run the query directly against your site’s database to see whether it still runs at the same speed or not.

    If the query is also slow (two seconds or more) when ran against the database, that will indicate that the core issue is related to the site’s database server or configuration. In that case, the company you pay to host your site will be in the best position to help further.

    I contacted Cloudways and we did all you suggested. Still your scripts are present duplicated.
    As soon as I disable the plugin, the site gos A++, then goes back to B, and the speed test is worse

    Thanks for giving that a go. We haven’t had any recent reports similar to what you mention with scripts from the Facebook plugin being duplicated, so I’m wondering if there might be something wrong with this particular plugin installation.

    Before exploring that though, with help from Cloudways, who I take it is your hosting provider, can you point us to the exact scripts that are being duplicated?

    As soon as I disable the plugin, they all are gone. So is the plugin creating the 3 duplicates.

    Is there a method to merge all 3? deduplicate?

    Also, when you ran tests with Cloudways, did you try switching to a default theme like Storefront?

    Another thing I’m thinking of is if you may have installed the Facebook pixel before through some other way, either manually in your site’s header or through a different plugin. Do you know if that may have been the case?

    Thank you for that GTmetrix report link! I searched the scripts you referred to using that report’s built-in filters, and each of them is only appearing once:

    Apart from the less than stellar grades the report is giving too, have you noticed a considerable drop in loading speed when the Facebook plugin is active?

    Just for additional context, automated site performance tools give general recommendations. They are useful in identifying some best practices and opportunities for increased site speed, but often don’t take into account specific software platforms or things that are required to keep your site looking and running well.

    The problem with the FB script continues.
    s far as I have researched is the Pixel Id called few times.
    I have not installed the FB Pixel anywhere else but your plugin to avoid duplicities.

    Hello,

    I have been looking into this still.

    I know is the messenger creating this multiple request, and according to Google we should create a FACADE to avoid loading the scripts until the user click on it.

    After several days I have researched about it, but it has been a little too complicated. Do you have a solution for this? I prefer NOT to have forms in the website, and have the Messenger Chat, but if it creates a problem on speed, I will have to disable it.

    Can we find a workaround?
