    Solved problem myself

    Hi,
I have a problem when trying to connect to my Business Manager (I have two).

It only shows 1 Business Manager account and it is not the one I want to connect.

    How did you fix that?

    Hi @beeswaxcandlesuk,

Sorry that we didn’t get to reply in time to help you here, though I am glad that you were able to resolve the problem! Usually, for these types of issues, you can click the Uninstall link on the plugin settings page available at WooCommerce > Facebook. This will refresh the stored data, and allow you to complete the setup process again, selecting the right assets you’d like to use.

If you didn’t follow this process, it would be great if you could share your solution so other merchants finding this topic might be able to give it a try too!

@mgz069 thanks for joining in the conversation! As it sounds like your issue is a little different to the one in the original post, I would request that you create a new topic so we can focus on your specifics separately, in accordance with the WordPress guidelines. One of our team would then be happy to help.

If you have any other problems or questions with your page selection @beeswaxcandlesuk, please could you let me know?

    Cheers!

    Simon.
