Facebook for WooCommerce + Pixel Caffeine

  • Hello, i have a question.

    Today i use “Facebook for WooCommerce” to provide pixel for all my pages and to create a product catalog in my Facebook Page. I really wish to use “Pixel Caffeine” but i have to keep this other plug-in running because of the products (there is no form to configure this plug-in just for the catalog, i need to accept the pixel from it).

    My question is, what can i do to install “Pixel Caffeine” and not have a problem of “double tracking”?

    Hi,

    unfortunately from Pixel Caffeine side there isn’t any way to deactivate the main tracking. It’s in our roadmap, but at this moment it cannot be possible.

    You can check in Facebook for WooCommerce plugin side if there is anyway to deactivate main tracking, so you can use Pixel Caffeine for tracking and the other plugin for the products. ??
