    Hi,

    we have a problem that is not unsolved for weeks. Trying to solve it with facebook team, but they are sending me now to woocommerce support.
    The issue is that we have 30 products on our Woocommerce store. But on Facebook shop that is connected with Facebook for the Woocommerce plugin, we have old products that were deleted on woo, but not on facebook, meaning syncing between those two applications does not work.

    Does anybody has an idea on how to approach this?
    We have laetst versions. We have tried to connect, disconnect clear all cache, etc.
    All products are on sync and show. All products are in stock.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that there are some products on your Facebook shop that are still being displayed even though these were already deleted from your WooCommerce store, correct?

    Have you tried to delete these products directly from your Facebook shop and see if this resolves the issue?

    Otherwise, deleting or resetting all products from the Facebook catalog and then letting things sync again is the only way to fix strange issues. This requires a code snippet, which you can read more about here.

    If still this did not resolve the issue, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi, yes I have tried to delete them directly fromFacebook, it won’t let me.

    I have also reseted the FB products from Woocommerce tools, but nothing: Did that now again.
    How can I send the system report and error log to you?
    I have also tried to delete all products from Woocommerce tools, also it is not possible.
    Havent’ tried that code tough, I wanna avoid deleting the one I need.
