Hi,

we have a problem that is not unsolved for weeks. Trying to solve it with facebook team, but they are sending me now to woocommerce support.
The issue is that we have 30 products on our Woocommerce store. But on Facebook shop that is connected with Facebook for the Woocommerce plugin, we have old products that were deleted on woo, but not on facebook, meaning syncing between those two applications does not work.

Does anybody has an idea on how to approach this?
We hav elaetst versions. We have tried to connect, disconnect clear all cache, etc.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing issues with the synchronization of products; it can be frustrating.

We want to check further and understand what could be going on.

First please try to follow this troubleshooting steps and see if it resolves the issue: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/troubleshooting/#section-2

If it doesn’t work, then ?Enable Logging?by going to?WooCommerce > Settings > Square?and try again to sync products.

Once you do this, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share the logs with the Square name on them.
