    Hi,

    My website is themadcaprocks.com

Facebook for Woocommerce is connected but my pixel isn’t firing any events.

I have a backup pixel which is controlled by PixelYourSite plugin. That pixels ID ends with “142” so don’t let that one confuse you.

My main pixel that is connected to Facebook for Woocommerce ends with “726”.

How can I solve not firing pixel problem?

Update : I disabled PixelYourSite and the pixel started firing but only from Server not from Browser. Which makes the event quality Poor.

Only PageView is fired from Browser and not Server other events vice-versa.
    How can I Fix it?

    Hi @overdriver,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the Facebook Pixel is not working properly on your site.

Can you please try to install the Pixel Helper which is a small Chrome extension provided by Facebook which will allow you to verify that your pixel has been properly installed and works as expected. You can learn more about the extension here and download it here.

Furthermore, in order for us to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Hope this helps!
