    Hi @tabyp,

From what I understand this error occurs when a product has been deleted from the Facebook catalog, so the plugin can’t identify the product correctly based on the ID (since it no longer exists in Facebook).

What I’d suggest is resetting the Facebook metadata for the product(s) in question from the product edit screen in WooCommerce, and then click Save to resync the product.

Please let us know if this helps.

    Hello,

I have just followed your instructions but now I get another error

    Facebook for WooCommerce error:
Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘693050544866741’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    Can you please advise?

Please note that that ID is the catalogue ID which exists. So I have no idea what is happening. Would it be easier to uninstall the plugin and re-install to sync all products?

Hi @tabyp. Sorry that we missed your response. If you are still facing this issue, I would recommend that you delete and then reset all Facebook products and then try the sync again to see if that helps.

Hi @tabyp. I hope that you have managed to resolved the issue. Since we haven’t heard back from you, I’m going to mark this topic as resolved. Please start a new one if you need additional help.
