I have a problem to link woocommerce and facebook.

I already had an active store, but I rebuilt the site, and now I can’t connect the new account, I already talked to facebook support and they indicated that it was problems with woocemmerce.

I don’t know what else to do. I have done:

There is a bug report that we are actively tracking which is affecting users who are trying to reconnect Facebook. If you are getting the error(s):

Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_denied

Could not retrieve Facebook Business Extension System User

Then please follow the bug report here:

Once it is cleared up, you should be able to reconnect without issue. If you are getting a different error please let us know what that error is ??

Thanks for sharing that screenshot with us I’d like to get some additional details to see how we can assist.

First, could you please provide us with a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

Second, I’d like to ask you to check for any error logs associated with Facebook for WooCommerce. If you do find an associated log as shown in the article, please ensure you redact any personally identifiable information and paste here in your response.

Once we have that we’ll be happy to investigate further!

I have this exact same problem. Everything seem to be set up, but the ‘Return to Woocommerce Integration’ doesn’t do anything (it’s in grey – not sure if it should be blue) even after setting up all three integrations (Facebook, Instagram & FB Messenger).

Is there a solution to this yet?
